We source our ingredients locally and from Latin American farmers and cooperatives. Our ingredients are Fair Trade, Organic, and Ethically Sourced whenever possible. With the only exception of the concha toppings, we use our house-milled, full-inclusion flours for everything we bake.
Our offerings change regularly based on the grains available to us. The menu below reflects our most common products. As we often sell out quickly, we cannot make any guarantees about which products will be available on any given day or at any given time.
Note: The prices below are the cash discount prices. We offer a cash discount to our market customers to mitigate the negative effects of card processing fees. While we do accept cards, we simply must pass on the card processing fees to make our business viable. Paying with cash will save you money, and it also means everything you spend goes to local farmers and bakers.

A super simple, classic chocolate chip cookie made from full-inclusion Black Emmer flour. The Black Emmer is from Wild Hive Farm, and the chocolate chips are Organic and ethically-sourced by Moka Origins.
